This coffee table was designed to reflect the balance and harmony of the natural world. Made entirely from a live edge slab of pine, this table's dark finish was achieved with the traditional Japanese method of yakisugi. Yakisugi (also known as Shou Sugi Ban) is a traditional Japanese method of burning wood to preserve it.
